Treadmill Trainer™ Hill Runner 2

Do you want to run faster? How would you like more power and explosiveness in each stride?

Well, this is the workout that will do it for you!

As in Hill Runner 1 you will get to enjoy 3 invigorating hill challenges but now you will be asked to run like the wind! Through your headphones, I coach you on how to run with excellent form as you blast though each hill challenge's lightning fast intervals!

Hill Runner 2 is slightly more challenging than its predecessor in that during this workout you'll be running at an incline of between 8-12% (you choose) interspersed with recovery bouts at 1% inclination.

And because of its length and challenging nature Hill Runner 2 is also considered a 3-in-1 workout. Completing the entire workout will run you about 65 minutes!

And as you probably are aware of by now hill training greatly enhances your running economy, functional strength, lactate threshold, and VO2max. (don't worry - I explain these in more detail during the workout!). These basically make you an incredibly fast and endurant runner!

...and nowhere else will you find these benefits than by using Hill Runner 2!
