"I really have enjoyed the Treadmill Trainer running programmes.  Although i was a regular member at the gym over the past year, i could never sustain jogging for more than a couple of minutes before i felt exhausted!

However, Volume 1 was great. I felt that i could gradually build up my performance with your encouragement!  Volume 2 is more challenging for me. I can complete the workout, but i feel that i need to allow myself more time to feel more comfortable with it. 

I have undoubtedly toned up which is great. I have also recommended you to a few friends who are keen to do the same. Hopefully soon i will be able to proceed to vol 3."

"The half-hour programme of Treadmill Trainer Volume 1 is perfect!"

"I have a 10 week old baby. I bought Treadmill Trainer as a way to shed those post-baby weight.

With a small baby, my schedule is his schedule. I Knew I was just going to waste my money if I enrolled in my local gym and pay for things that I would never use simply because I do not have time to spend two hours training at the gym.

The half-hour programme of TT vol1 is perfect. Whenever I have half an hour, it does not matter what time of the day, I jut grab my iPod and off I go. No need to drive anywhere. And with daylight saving time now I have until 8 pm to do my runs.

My half hour workout is just really half hour because I do not spend time driving anywhere. I start and finish at my doorstep.

After almost 10 months of no cardio exercise, the workout is challenging enough for me. It took me 3 weeks to get to a point where I could finish the 4 minute run. Now I am looking at increasing the distance I run in four minutes.

But the best thing is that Treadmill Trainer follows my pace. When I started my cardio was really bad and I could only complete intervals 1 and 2. Now I can do all 4 of them and thinking of improving. I think this is a far better way of measuring my improvement than keeping an eye on my scales. I know the kilos will drop off naturally.

I cannot think of a better value than having your own personal trainer with you for less than $20!!

I think I may be ready now to push myself begin Treadmill Trainer volume 2.
My ultimate goal is to run our local 12 km fun run from the city to the beach in 2009."

"I completed my first triathlon, and am excited about improving my running endurance even more."

"Praise for Yuri and his Treadmill Trainer Volume 1. I was in the process of training for my first ever Triathlon, and was really struggling with the running portion. While I've been active over the last year and a half, the training commitment for a triathlon was intense, and unfortunately, I was not improving in the run.

I tried running with a group, I tried running with music, and I couldn't seem to push myself farther than running for more than a few minutes at a time. Then I found the Treadmill Trainer on YouTube, and purchased Volume 1. I have been so pleased!

I found that with Yuri's encouragement in my ear, and his instruction on when to run, when to walk, and the duration of the interval training, I have been able to improve dramatically in terms of my endurance. His reminders about form, breathing, and other tips have given me confidence in my running, and shown me that I can improve with time and training.

Over the last month, I've been able to move from only being able to run for about 1 minute at a time, to being able to run for 5 minutes at a 5.5 mph pace before slowing down to a fast walk or light jog.
