In this "post-run" audio, I (Yuri) take you through a comprehensive cool down and then guide you through the sequence of running stretches prescribed in the original video-guided Stretching for Runners program.
If you have the video-guided version already, then this new audio will give you the step-by-step guidance you need to make the most of your post-run cool down and stretch. I'll instruct you on how to stretch, how long to hold your stretches, and which muscles to focus on. You'll also have the pictures for all the stretches so that you can see what each stretch is supposed to look like.
And to top it all off, at the end of the stretching component, you'll be led through several minutes of relaxation to fully recover from your workout and to allow your body to "soak in" your terrific run!
