A step above Volume 1 - Intermediate, this advanced beginner workout features 2 interval sections with a 3:1 work to rest ratio and a 9-minute steady state run at the end.
The structure of this run-walk workout is such that by the end of it, you'll gradually have built up to spending a full 9 minutes running. And as always, you can stop or continue at the end of any of the 5 sections in the program.
You'll be amazed at how safely and quickly you'll be able to increase your running endurance after just a few workouts with Volume 1 - Advanced.
Plus, if you're looking to move up the Treadmill Trainer "chain", eventually using Volume 2, then this advanced beginner workout is a must.
