Many of our Volume 1 clients wanted a beginner walk-jog workout that would better prepare them for the running demands of Volume 2.
Well....here it is!
Treadmill Trainer Volume 1- Intermediate will allow you to enjoy a more gradual session that will get you running a little bit longer each and every workout. It won't be long before you're running like a pro!
If you're a new runner and want to slowly and gradually build up your running endurance, then this intermediate walk-jog is your ticket.
With a total workout time of just over 43 minutes and featuring a warm-up, 3 interval sections, and a cool down, Treadmill Trainer Volume 1 - Intermediate is slightly more advanced than the original Volume 1 workout.
And don't worry if you can't complete the full workout right away - as always, you can stop or continue your run after any of the sections - the choice is yours! This workout's 2:1 work to rest ratio means you'll be jogging twice as long as you walk, ultimately conditioning your body to run longer in a safe and effective manner.
If you don't think you're quite ready to run for more than 10 minutes at a time, then this workout is recommended for you.
And, like with pretty much all of our Treadmill Trainer workouts, you can use Volume 1 - Intermediate on the treadmill or outdoors. Wherever you decide to use it, you'll have me (Yuri) coaching you throughout!
